PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

 PAYMENTS

EARLY BOOKINGS:

A 30% DEPOSIT must be deposited on confirmation to secure reservation*.

FULL PAYMENT must be credited to our bank account 45 days prior to the arrival date*

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS (within 45 days of arrival):

FULL PAYMENT must be credited to our bank within 5 days of confirmation.

NON REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS PROCEDURES

In case of cancellation more than 90 days prior to visit date, the penalty fee will be $100 USD per person ,and the rest of the deposit will be refunded to you.

In case of cancellation between 60 to 90 days prior to visit date, the penalty fee will be 25% of the rate , and the rest of the deposit will be refunded to you.

In case of cancellation between 31 to 60 days prior to visit date, the penalty fee will be 50% of the rate.

In case of cancellation within 30 days of the sailing date, the penalty fee will be the TOTAL amount.

FULL PAYMENT must be credited to our bank account 60 days prior arrival date*.

-In case of cancellation between 90 to 60 days prior to sailing date, the penalty fee will be 50% of the cruise rate.

-In case of cancellation within 60 days prior to sailing date, the penalty fee will be the TOTAL amount of the cruise.

*FAILURE TO RECEIVE PAYMENT OF A CONFIRMED BOOKING BASED ON THE TIME FRAMES GIVEN WILL RELEASE SPACES AUTOMATICALLY, AND CONSEQUENTLY CANCEL THE BOOKING.
